Payments
Payments made through this portal are processed through Square. This site stores payment-related records needed for order and registration management, such as payment status, provider references, amounts, and timestamps. Full card numbers are not intended to be stored directly by this website. Payment information submitted during checkout is handled through Square’s payment systems.
QR codes, tickets, and check-in
This site generates QR-based tickets and competitor passes for paid orders and registrations. Those QR codes are used to:
- validate admission at the door,
- support competitor registration desk check-in, and
- maintain a record of ticket scans and access activity.
When a QR code is scanned, the portal may record the outcome, event, timestamp, scanner account, IP address, and device or browser information used during the scan.
Who we share information with
We may share information with service providers and authorized event staff only as needed to operate the event and the portal. This includes:
- Square, for payment processing and payment status updates.
- Authorized event administrators, registration staff, ticketing staff, and door scanners who need access to perform event operations.
- Technical service providers or hosting environments used to run the site, store data, and support system operations.
We do not sell personal information entered through this portal.
Data retention
We retain account, registration, ticketing, waiver, payment, and check-in records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the event, support customer service, maintain event history, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the portal.

Children and minor registrations
This portal supports registrations involving minors, including guardian waiver acceptance flows. When a parent or guardian submits information on behalf of a minor competitor, that information is used to manage participation, waiver compliance, ticketing, and event access.
